Donald Trump's "Big Daddy," Russian President Vladimir Putin speaking at a meeting of the Council for Culture and Art, said, “If it’s impossible to stop something, you’ve got to take charge of it.”
Putin's comments come off various rap concerts being canceled across Russia, including the arrest of rapper Husky, who tried to perform on a car after his show was nixed by the Kremlin.
Putin also had to this to say about rap music, “You said that rap [rests on] three pillars: sex, drugs, and protests. Of all of these, drugs are the most worrying. They are the route to a nation’s degradation.”
