What if something I ordered arrived damaged or I received the wrong item?

Can I return items that are on sale?
Sale items marked ‘Final Sale’ have been reduced in price and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our ‘Final Sale’ policy and cannot be returned.

All items received for return within the 30 day period will be fully refunded. Items returned within 30 days of receipt may be refunded to the original form of payment or store credit.
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- All items marked ‘Final Sale’
- Intimate apparel including Underwear, Socks
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains are not eligible for exchange.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us at and we will check to see if we have the item in stock. If we have the item, we will hold it for you until we receive the return and then ship your exchanged item to you. If we do not have the item in the color or size you requested, we will issue a full refund upon receiving the return. Since many of our items sell out quickly, we cannot guarantee that any item(s) will be in stock.

Refunds & Return Processing:
Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
How do I know which size will fit me best?
It is important to read the product’s description and model measurements to get an accurate idea of how it might fit. If there is anything important you should know regarding an item’s fit—such as whether an item tends to run large or fits true-to-size—we will try to mention it in these descriptions.

How much does shipping cost in the US?
We offer Free Ground Shipping for orders over $25 on all orders in the United States. All standard shipping cost on orders $25 and under is a flat rate of $8.
If you need your item sooner, please select the expedited shipping option (US customers only).
How fast is your shipping?
In most cases, orders placed by 9a.m. PST will ship within 24 hours.
Depending on your location, it takes between 3-8 business days. You can upgrade to 3 Day Select or Overnight Shipping if you need it faster. 3 Day Select should arrive in 3 days, but delivery time is not guaranteed and may take an extra 1-2 days depending on your location.

Can you ship to P.O. boxes?
No, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address. Please note that this may delay your delivery.
What happens if I refuse the package or it is undeliverable?
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to the following shipping fees:
Overnight and 2nd Day Air: $10.00 | Ground and 3 Day shipping: $7.00
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address has been entered correctly.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or change your order before it ships, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
Something I ordered is now on sale. Will you match the new price?
We do not offer price adjustments on items that have been put on sale.
If your order has a presale item please email us if you would like your order to be shipped without the presale item. Otherwise, we will ship the order once the presale item is in stock.

SALES - DISCOUNT CODES
Discounts, certificates, promo codes cannot be combined on orders, and individuals may use one discount/certificate/promo code per person per order.
