Return and Exchanges


  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase,  you can return your item(s)  within the last 30 days of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for an $8.00 restocking fee unless the buyer receives damaged or defective item(s). 
  •  The returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
  • Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
  • After your item(s) are inspected by the warehouse, your refund will be processed and applied within 7 business days.  Depending on your bank it may take an additional 3-5 business days for refunds to be posted in your account.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to company error.


  • Exchanges are welcome if you receive a defective product.
  • Return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or color.

  • Items must be in new condition and customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Store credit may also be issued if you are not satisfied with your size and a size exchange is not possible due to stock non-availability.


    • Items marked as final sale.
    • Discounted Items.
    • Discounted items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
    • Items that are beyond 30 days from purchase.
    • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to company error.


    • Sale merchandise and clearance items are ALL FINAL SALES and cannot be returned or exchanged.
